BPAC Meeting: Strong Roots, Tall Trees: How Resilience Starts at Home
Posted Date: 11/05/26 (02:32 PM)
Attention Cicero District 99 Families!
We know how busy life can get, but if you have a little time next week Friday, Nov. 13, from 9-11 a.m., we would love for you to join us for a special BPAC (Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee) meeting!
Our children face challenges every day, and one of the greatest gifts we can give them is the strength to overcome those challenges. But where does that strength begin?
RIGHT AT HOME!
Join us for an inspiring and meaningful presentation from Town of Cicero Chaplain Ismael Vargas! Together, we'll explore the importance of building resilience, strengthening our families, and helping our children develop the confidence and perseverance they need to succeed — not just in school, but in life!
Why should you attend?
✅ Gain valuable insights to help support your children.
✅ Connect with other parents who share the same hopes and dreams for their families.
✅ Discover how the love, encouragement, and support we provide at home can make a lasting difference.
✅ Enjoy FREE snacks, refreshments, and raffle prizes!
The presentation will be in Spanish!
📅 Friday, Nov. 13
⏰ 9-11 A.M.
📍 Lincoln Elementary School (3545 S. 61st Ave.) Door #5
Parents, your presence matters! You don't need to be an expert in parenting. You don't need to have all the answers. You just need to be willing to learn, grow, and invest a little time in something that matters more than anything — your children and your family.
We understand that not everyone's schedule allows them to attend a morning meeting. But if you're available during this time, we truly encourage you to come! We'd love to see a room full of parents learning, connecting, and supporting one another.
Strong trees grow from strong roots. Let's work together to give our children the strongest foundation possible!
Know another parent who might benefit from this? Share this post! Help us spread the word throughout our District 99 community!
