Dear Cicero District 99 Community,

On Thursday evening, District administration was made aware of a recent social media post by a staff member. 

The staff member in question has been placed on administrative leave, pending a thorough investigation. While the District understands that the community may have questions surrounding these events, the District cannot comment on personnel matters.

As a public school district, Cicero District 99's paramount responsibility is to ensure a learning environment that is safe and respectful. With that said, the District remains steadfast in our mission to educate and improve our students' outcomes.
