Yesterday, the playground at Goodwin Elementary was alive with music, laughter, and movement! Kindergarten and first-grade students stepped aboard a one-of-a-kind Storybus experience that turned reading, rhythm, and imagination into pure joy.

Inside, every corner pulsed with color, music, and movement. Animal friends covered the walls — each one ready to play its part in the story. Lights shimmered like stage stars, instruments and songs filled the air, and before long, every child was on their feet — dancing, clapping, and laughing right along with the beat.

It was joyful chaos in the best possible way — a celebration of creativity, imagination, and what happens when learning breaks out of the ordinary.

What a beautiful day for our students and staff — one more reason to be proud of what happens here at Cicero District 99!
