Sherlock Elementary School just held its annual Día de los Muertos Celebration — and somehow, it keeps getting bigger, brighter, and more unforgettable every year.

There were hundreds of families together, honoring tradition, celebrating loved ones, and filling the school with music, color, and joy.

✨ Students dancing folklórico with pride and grace. Faces painted in stunning calavera art. A breathtaking altar overflowing with marigolds, candles, and cherished photos. And this year — an unforgettable Ball in the gym, where families danced, laughed, and captured memories at the photo booth.

In a world that moves fast, this event slowed everything down. It reminded us to remember where we come from and celebrate those who shaped us. This is what community is all about. This is what culture is all about. This is love that lives on.
