Unity Junior High School's Best Buddies club gathered last week for their annual Friendsgiving, and the smiles said it all. Students teamed up to make colorful friendship bracelets — each one a symbol of connection, kindness, and the message that everyone deserves a friend.

Between the treats and the laughter, something even sweeter filled the room: genuine friendship. Best Buddies is all about creating opportunities for students with and without disabilities to build real, meaningful relationships. And last week, those connections were shining brighter than ever.

Seeing our students come together — celebrating differences, lifting each other up, and making memories — is exactly what this season is all about.
