🦃 STUFFED WITH GRATITUDE: A THANKSGIVING TO REMEMBER AT WILSON! 🧡
This week, Wilson Elementary School was overflowing with thankfulness, joy, and a whole lot of delicious fun!Â
Our kindergarteners celebrated the season with their very own Thanksgiving meal — packed with tasty treats, big smiles, and even bigger hearts. Each student created a special placemat featuring photos of the people they are most thankful for... and trust us, they were too cute to handle!Â
But the learning didn't stop there — our young chefs rolled up their sleeves and discovered how to make pumpkin pie from scratch! Their excitement was the sweetest ingredient of all.Â
Meanwhile, the incredible Wilson staff continued the spirit of giving beyond the classroom by hosting a community food drive — ensuring our neighborhood feels supported and cared for this season.Â
As we kick off Thanksgiving break, we're holding onto all of these warm, grateful moments. From our Cicero District 99 family to yours... Happy Thanksgiving!Â
May your days be full of love, laughter, and lots of pie! 🥧
