Wednesday morning, administrators from across Cicero District 99 were joined by Unity Junior High School students and other community partners in serving breakfast and smiles to Cicero senior citizens at the Town's annual Hearts and Shamrocks event, celebrating both Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day with local golden agers.

The event, which includes both filled plates and upbeat songs from yesteryear, was another great way for the District's youth and educators to connect with some of the Cicero community's most valued residents. Seeing our students bring smiles and joy to our seniors is something to be proud of and celebrated!
