Congratulations to the Roosevelt Boys and Cicero East Girls 6th Grade Volleyball Teams for rising to the top as this year's Intramural Champions! Your dedication, energy, and commitment to one another set the standard and showed everyone what it truly means to compete with pride.

A big round of applause as well to our 2nd place finishers, Columbus East Boys and Columbus East Girls — your determination and resilience were on fully display every step of the way. To our 3rd place teams, Goodwin Boys and Drexel Girls, and our 4th place finishers, Sherlock Boys and Roosevelt Girls — thank you for bringing passion, sportsmanship, and excitement to every game. Every single one of you made this season unforgettable.

But it's more than just wins and standings. Intramurals are where confidence is built. Where friendships are formed. Where students learn how to lead, how to support one another, and how to push through challenges together. It's where effort matters, growth is celebrated, and every player has a chance to shine.

These programs shape character. They give our kids a place to belong, to grow, and to discover just how capable they really are.
