🚀 STEAM WEEK WAS A HIT AT CICERO'S SUMMER IN THE PARK! 🤖
What do underwater robots, balloon races, Ozobots, slime experiments, giant bubbles, art stations, cotton candy, and hundreds of smiling faces have in common?
They were all part of Cicero District 99's STEAM Week at Cicero's Summer in the Park!
Last week, families from across our community joined us for an unforgettable week filled with hands-on activities that transformed learning into an adventure. Children became engineers, scientists, artists, coders, creators, and explorers as they moved from station to station discovering something new around every corner.
One moment they were programming robots.
The next they were racing balloon-powered creations.
Then they were piloting underwater robotics, creating colorful works of art, experimenting with science activities, and making memories with family and friends on a beautiful summer evening.
And that's exactly what makes Cicero's Summer in the Park so special.
It's more than an event.
It's a place where families connect, children discover new passions, neighbors come together, and summer memories are made.
Best of all?
It's completely FREE thanks to President Larry Dominick and the Board of Trustees!
Every Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday, Cicero families have access to an incredible evening packed with fun, entertainment, activities, and a new theme every week.
If your family hasn't experienced Summer in the Park yet, this is your sign.
Because while photos can capture the smiles, they can't fully capture the excitement of watching your child discover something new, try something they've never done before, and spend a summer evening learning, laughing, and having fun with the community around them.
